Modifies the following registry keys:

- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'winsyslog' = '%PROGRAM_FILES%\єЅМмРЕПў\·АО±їЄЖ±\database\DATABASE.exe'
- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Classes\inffile\shell\open\command] '' = '%PROGRAM_FILES%\System32\DATABASE.exe'
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %PROGRAM_FILES%\System32\WinInet.ocx
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- %PROGRAM_FILES%\System32\WinInet.ocx
