- <Drive name for removable media>:\CAT32\Desktop.ini
Malicious functions:
Creates and executes the following:
- C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-861567501-1409082233-839522115-1001\NaRsis.exe
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-861567501-1409082233-839522115-1001\NaRsis.exe
- C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-861567501-1409082233-839522115-1001\Desktop.ini
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\CAT32\Desktop.ini
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\CAT32\2012.exe
- <Full path to virus>
- C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-861567501-1409082233-839522115-1001\Desktop.ini
- C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-861567501-1409082233-839522115-1001\NaRsis.exe
Deletes the following files:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- %TEMP%\~DFC980.tmp
