- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce] 'GrpConv' = 'grpconv -o'
Malicious functions:
Executes the following:
- <SYSTEM32>\grpconv.exe -o
- <SYSTEM32>\runonce.exe -r
- <SYSTEM32>\rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 c:\vi.inf
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- C:\SET3.tmp
- C:\vi.inf
- C:\GEDZAC.TXT
Miscellaneous:
Searches for the following windows:
- ClassName: 'Shell_TrayWnd' WindowName: ''
