- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'NvVideoCenter' = '<SYSTEM32>\NvVid.exe'
Creates the following services:
- [<HKLM>\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\NvVideoCenter] 'Start' = '00000001'
Malicious functions:
To bypass firewall, removes or modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKLM>\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\AuthorizedApplications\List] '%PROGRAM_FILES%\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE' = '%PROGRAM_FILES%\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE:*:Enabled:Internet Explorer'
Creates and executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\NvVid.exe'
- '%TEMP%\tmp107.tmp'
- '%WINDIR%\ocmsn.old'
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\svchost.exe'
Injects code into
the following system processes:
- <SYSTEM32>\svchost.exe
Hooks the following functions in System Service Descriptor Table (SSDT):
- NtQuerySystemInformation, handler: NvVid.sys
- NtEnumerateValueKey, handler: NvVid.sys
Hides the following processes:
- <SYSTEM32>\NvVid.exe
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- <SYSTEM32>\NvVid.exe
- <SYSTEM32>\ipv6monl.dll
- %HOMEPATH%\jaase.exe
- %WINDIR%\ocmsn.old
- <SYSTEM32>\NvVid.sys

Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
