Malicious functions:
To bypass firewall, removes or modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKLM>\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\AuthorizedApplications\List] '%TEMP%\Trogan.exe' = '%TEMP%\Trogan.exe:*:Enabled:Trogan.exe'
Creates and executes the following:
- '%TEMP%\Trogan.exe'
- '<SYSTEM32>\Mysexyphoto.jpg.exe'
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%TEMP%\Trogan.exe" "Trogan.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %TEMP%\Trogan.exe
- <SYSTEM32>\Mysexyphoto.jpg.exe
- %TEMP%\aut1.tmp
Deletes the following files:
- %TEMP%\aut1.tmp
Network activity:
Connects to:
- 'ab####s.zapto.org':1177
UDP:
- DNS ASK ab####s.zapto.org
