- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon] 'Taskman' = 'C:\RECYCLER\swcode.exe'
Malicious functions:
Injects code into
the following system processes:
- %WINDIR%\Explorer.EXE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- C:\RECYCLER\Desktop.ini
- C:\RECYCLER\swcode.exe
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- C:\RECYCLER\swcode.exe
Deletes the following files:
- <SYSTEM32>\PerfStringBackup.TMP
Network activity:
