- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'x64' = '%TEMP%\perflib\host.vbs'
Creates the following files on removable media
- <Drive name for removable media>:\8833800.vbs
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
Modifies file system
Creates the following files
- %TEMP%\temp.vbs
- %TEMP%\perflib\host.vbs
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files
- <Drive name for removable media>:\8833800.vbs
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
Deletes the following files
- %TEMP%\temp.vbs
Substitutes the following files
- %TEMP%\temp.vbs
Miscellaneous
Creates and executes the following
- '<SYSTEM32>\wscript.exe' "%TEMP%\temp.vbs"
- '<SYSTEM32>\wscript.exe' "%TEMP%\perflib\host.vbs"
- '<SYSTEM32>\wscript.exe' "%TEMP%\temp.vbs"' (with hidden window)
- '<SYSTEM32>\wscript.exe' "%TEMP%\perflib\host.vbs"' (with hidden window)
Executes the following
- '<SYSTEM32>\wscript.exe' "%TEMP%\temp.vbs"
