Modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'Process Launcher' = 'wscript.exe //B "%APPDATA%\Process Launcher.vbs"'
- [<HKCU>\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'Process Launcher' = 'wscript.exe //B "%APPDATA%\Process Launcher.vbs"'
Creates or modifies the following files:
- %HOMEPATH%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\Process Launcher.vbs
Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\Process Launcher.vbs
Modifies file system:
Creates the following files:
- %APPDATA%\Process Launcher.vbs
- %TEMP%\The Forest v_ 0.72b.txt
- %TEMP%\Process Launcher.vbs
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\Process Launcher.vbs
Network activity:
Connects to:
- 'wr###.ddns.net':9988
- 'localhost':1036
UDP:
- DNS ASK wr###.ddns.net
Miscellaneous:
Executes the following:
