Executes the following:
- <SYSTEM32>\ping.exe localhost -n 1
- <SYSTEM32>\svchost.exe -k netsvcs
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- <SYSTEM32>\mpeg4c32.dll
Deletes itself.
